333jili Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 333jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 333jili website located at 333jili.pro and all associated services, games, and features. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 333jili platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 333jili platform.

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The 333jili website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at 333jili.pro.
"Player" / "User"	Any individual who has registered an account on the 333jili platform.
"Account"	The personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on 333jili.
"Real Money Balance"	Funds deposited by the Player into their 333jili account using approved payment methods.
"Bonus Balance"	Promotional credits awarded by 333jili, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 333jili.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory where access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by law.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 333jili platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 333jili or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 333jili platform for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

Registration on 333jili is limited to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. 333jili uses automated systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

03 Account Responsibilities

As a registered Player on 333jili, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 333jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

333jili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. All activity conducted through a Player's account is deemed to have been authorized by the account holder unless the Player has notified 333jili of a security breach prior to the activity occurring.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

333jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to the Player's account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. 333jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 333jili's compliance team.

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 hours of processing.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically complete within 1–3 business days.
• 333jili reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding ₱50,000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

333jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• 333jili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other exploitative strategies — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

333jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional program at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via the platform or by email.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 333jili platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on 333jili are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The results are independent, random, and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 333jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 333jili will not reverse or cancel bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases of technical error.
• 333jili reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of software exploitation, collusion, or any other form of cheating.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333jili platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one account on the platform.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
4. Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
5. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
6. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
7. Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
8. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to 333jili.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 333jili staff or other Players.
10. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 333jili platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

333jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player community. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players on 333jili:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications displaying your net win/loss position during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the platform without permanently closing your account.

333jili reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are indicators of problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to: rapid successive deposits, extended uninterrupted play sessions, or requests to reverse self-exclusion within a short period of activation.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333jili platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of 333jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 333jili platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from 333jili.
• Use any 333jili trademarks, logos, or brand assets for any purpose without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any 333jili content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

333jili's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333jili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

11 Privacy & Data

333jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

333jili implements industry-standard security measures to protect Player data, including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and 333jili cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

12 Suspension & Termination

333jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 333jili's customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 333jili's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

333jili operates within the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

333jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's account. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after the notice is published, unless a shorter period is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the 333jili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
